Vendor empanelment at AWD-UP is a structured process for onboarding verified suppliers and service providers who offer goods or services relevant to the warehousing and logistics industry.

We invite applications from vendors and service providers offering:

Empanelment Process

  • Application Submission
    Complete the empanelment form and submit it along with KYC and company documents.
  • Referral Requirement
    Provide references from two existing members of AWD-UP.
  • Board Validation
    The application is reviewed by the Empanelment Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Fee Payment & Confirmation
    On approval, the empanelment fee invoice is raised. Once cleared, vendor onboarding is finalised.
  • Vendor Profile Distribution
    Your profile is circulated within the member network for consideration in ongoing or future projects.

Empanelment Process

To be considered for empanelment, vendors must:

Be a legally registered company/firm in India

Have a valid GST number and business PAN

Demonstrate relevant experience in warehousing/logistics projects

Submit all required documentation and references

Member references (2 minimum)
