The Association of Warehouse Developers (AWD) is a non-profit organization established to promote and protect the warehousing and storage industry in India. Here’s an overview of its history and objectives:

AWD-UP’s mission is to advance industry standards, represent member interests in policy dialogue, and encourage sustainable growth in warehousing and supply chain development.

Our Vision

Active participation to influence government policies and regulations that impact the warehouse industry. This could include issues such as zoning laws, infrastructure development, and tax incentives.

A platform for members to network, share knowledge, and learn about industry trends. This could involve meetings, seminars, conferences, and Knowledge sharing events.

Our Board

Mr. Amit Mittal

Amit is founder of Route2Market a supply chain partner, specialising in distribution and storage. Om Kiran Logistics Park is the network partner of Route2Market. The company works with International businesses for their entry and expansion in the Indian market. They have interest in Multi Modal Logistics Park and warehouse automation equipment/ technologies.

Mr. Vikas Yadav

Vikas is Director of Future Warehouse Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He brings in expertise from cross-functional business lines and his youthful exuberance is inspirational. Total developable Area – 50,00,000 Sq. Ft. in the region of Delhi NCR. Mr. Yadav's understanding and contribution to the logistics sector has been recognized by the government and he is a part of the National Logistics Committee of FICCI advising government on the National Logistics policy. Area of Interest is – In city warehousing and vertical warehousing

Dr. Indravir Singh Yadav

He is Director of Prerna Logistics which is the warehousing facility started in 2015-16 by women Entrepreneurs Ms Prerna Singh & Mrs Suman Yadav . This warehousing park is situated at NH-9 which is just 7 km from Eastern peripheral Highway & Delhi Meerut Expressway. He has 20 acres land area wherein 5 warehouse sheds having about 4,75,000 sq ft covered area have been developed. Dr. Yadav is in process of creating another facility of about 1,50,000 sq ft in coming one year with international standards & specifications. He has interest in Multi Modal Logistics Park and warehouse automation equipment/ technologies

Mr. Vaibhav Rathi

Vaibhav qualified as a BBA in business administration; he carries a business experience of more than two decades. He is an entrepreneur and has successfully set up a warehousing company in India by the name of Satvik Logistics. He is the Founder-Director of the Association of Warehouse Developers. He headed Purchase in Rathi Industries Ltd. For almost 8 years and now contributing to Satvik Logistics since last 12 years in the field of warehousing.He set up Satvik Logistics with a burning desire to build 10 lac square feet, and set up warehouses in various geographies by the year 2025.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Garg

Sunil is the founder of Goodluck India Ltd. Which is in the manufacturing of Steel pipes for the automobile industry and forging for the shipping industry and aerospace industry. Manufacturing plant is situated in Delhi NCR region and Gujarat with a turn over of 3000 cr. / year. 40% of their manufacturing capacity gets exported to Europe and US. Now He is planning to put up a new plant in NCR for aerospace industry. He has current 6 lakh sft. Space built up for warehousing.

Ms. Swapna Shivapurkar

Swapna is experienced professional with experience of 20+ years in the Executive Management Portfolios, exclusively market-oriented professional delivering problem-solving situations with an analytical and corporate-driven mindset to deliver solutions at all costs. With her professional expertise Association has participated in National & International events organized by DPIIT (GOVT. OF INDIA), CII, FICCI, VDMA, ASSOCHAM. She is partly associated with Indo Dutch Chamber of Business & Sciences
